PRF Financial Shield - duty beneficiaries of the program for small and medium-sized enterprises is the delivery of documents confirming, that person, who accepted the subsidy contract and made a declaration of will to conclude it on behalf of the entrepreneur she was entitled or authorized to represent the beneficiary.

PFR subsidy - deadline for submitting documents:

Documents must be submitted by December 31.12.2020, XNUMX. Otherwise, the beneficiary will be obliged to reimburse the entire subsidy, regardless of the fulfillment of the conditions for reimbursement of a lower subsidy.

How to provide documents:

For the provision of documents, it is best to contact the advisor of the bank through which the subsidy contract was concluded.

For companies and partnerships:

Agreement with PFR concluded by a member of the management board of the company with the right of independent representation
  1. Full excerpt from the National Court Register generated on the day of submitting the documents to the bank, provided that the person signing the application / appeals for subsidy was authorized to represent the beneficiary independently on the day of submitting the application / appeal, in accordance with the excerpt from the National Court Register.
Agreement with PFR concluded by a proxy or a member of the management board without independent representation
  1. The power of attorney signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the representation of the beneficiary.
  2. Full excerpt from the National Court Register generated on the day the documents are submitted to the bank.

(Note: The date of signing the power of attorney must precede the date of submission of the subsidy application and each appeal application)

or in the absence of a power of attorney

  1. The declaration is signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the representation of the beneficiary.
  2. Full excerpt from the National Court Register generated on the day the documents are submitted to the bank.

For sole proprietorship:

The contract with PFR concluded independently by the owner of the company:
  1. CEIDG printout generated on the day of delivery of the CEIDG printout to the bank, provided that the person signing the application / appeals for subsidy was authorized to independently represent the beneficiary in accordance with the CEIDG printout.
Agreement with PFR concluded by an attorney:
  1. The power of attorney signed with an electronic signature qualified by the owner.
  2. CEIDG printout generated on the day the CEIDG printout is delivered to the bank.

or in the absence of a power of attorney
